Juara Turtle Project

Juara Turtle Project is a conservation and research center on Tioman Island, Malaysia. Our main activities are research and survey data collection, education, support of environmentally considerate development and tourism, and hands-on protection of sea turtles and their nests. We are a small and private organization that works intimately with volunteers and supporting organizations to try and progress the situation for the sea turtles and natural habitats here on Tioman. Our goal is to stop doing this conservation work because the Sea Turtle nests and habitat are safe and respected.
