Hope Place is a non-governmental organisation, set up to help the needy and, underprivileged individuals and families by providing basic food aid as well as special food aid and medical equipment for recipients with special needs. As most recipients of food aid from Hope Place are from the hard core poor group and do not own their own transport, Hope Place also provides food ration delivery services through our staff and volunteers. Our aid also includes transportation services to family under our care under emergency conditions to the hospital or clinic for medical attention. Category of Help: 1. Families with overall monthly income of RM500 and below, 2. Underprivileged families with disabled children, 3. Underprivileged families with disabled or terminally sick adults, 4. Underprivileged families with single parent with 3 or more schooling children, 5. Disabled, abandoned or senior citizens without immediate family.
