Pusat Jagaan Harapan Baru Warga Emas was established for the placement , care and full protection for the Elderly Men and Women that are disabled , old aged with sickness , serious illness , mentally ill , and those who are unable take care of themselves. MISSION 1. Providing the best quality care and protection for the Senior Citizens and People in need . 2. Creating a healthy , fit , happy and harmonious life for the Elderly . 3. Creating a caring and concerned society for the Elderly 4. Provides full-time or part-time comprehensive rehabilation service to the Elderly for those with families . 5. Promoting a wholesome family atmosphere and a caring , cooperative , effective communication and relationship with them in their daily life . 6. Increasing cooperation with non-governmental agencies and the community in the implementation of programs and activities that require ongoing support . 7. Helping residents to focus with the optimal level and promote self-independence in their daily life . 8. Raising awareness and reducing the negative stigma associated with the elderly , destitute , crippled , abandoned and mentally ill people . 9.
