Selangor And Federal Territory For The Mentally Handicapped (SAMH) was established in 1964 as a non-profit voluntary organization. Its headquarters, Wisma Harapan is located in Kuala Lumpur. Our primary aim is to provide education, training, employment and care for mentally handicapped children and young adults so that they may realize their full potential. Our special schools are equipped to provide training and living skills that are needed to help the mentally challenged to become independent and constructive individuals.
